Man sexually assaults women in Brunswick

Fawkner Sexual Offence and Child Abuse Investigation Team have released a facial composite of a man following a series of sexual assaults in Brunswick earlier this year, Victoria Police say.

The first incident occurred about 3am on Sunday 8 January when an 18-year-old woman was walking along Balmoral Avenue.

The second incident occurred about 11pm on Friday 17 January when a 33-year-old woman was walking along Blyth Street.

The third incident occurred about 6.10pm on Friday 10 February when a 34-year-old woman was walking along Ewing Street.

On each occasion the man walked briskly behind the women and sexually assaulted them before running off.

The man is perceived to be of Middle Eastern appearance, aged in his 20s, of slim build.

Police have released a facial composite of a man who they believe may be able to assist with their enquiries.
