Man stabbed at Ingle Farm, South Australia

Police are currently at the scene of a serious assault at Ingle Farm.

Just after 5am on Sunday 9 August, patrols and paramedics were called to Sunburt Street, after reports of a man having been stabbed. It is believed the victim was standing on the street when he was stabbed in the chest after a small silver sedan pulled up with three occupants. The vehicle and occupants then fled the scene.

The 27-year-old victim, has been taken to the Royal Adelaide Hospital in a stable condition with a stab wound to the chest.

Eastern District detectives and from Crime Scene examiners are attending.
