Man stabbed - Dulwich Hill, NSW

Police are investigating after a man was stabbed in Dulwich Hill yesterday evening, NSW Police say.

Just before 9pm (Tuesday 4 December 2018), emergency services were called to Terrace Road, Dulwich Hill, after reports a man was stabbed.

Police have been told the man was approached by a woman and man, who demanded property before stabbing him.

The injured man ran to a nearby home and alerted authorities.

When police arrived, they found a man, aged in his 20s, suffering a stab wound to his chest.

He was treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics, before being taken to Royal Prince Hospital in a stable condition.

Officers from the Inner West Police Area Command established a crime scene and commenced inquiries.

Investigations are continuing and anyone with information or footage is urged to come forward.
