A man has been stabbed after a home invasion south of Wollongong this morning, NSW Police say.
Emergency services were called to a home on Fern Street, Windang, about 7.20am (Monday 22 October 2018), after reports a man had been stabbed.
Police have been told four males entered the house, and confronted a 40-year-old man.
During the altercation, the man was stabbed.
He was treated by paramedics at the scene, however, declined to be taken to hospital.
Detectives from Lake Illawarra Police District are investigating and would like to speak to four males, not further described, who may be able to assist with their inquiries.
