A northern suburbs man will appear in the court on Monday charged with historic child sex offences.
Northern District CIB detectives yesterday (Saturday 16 December) arrested the 53-year-old man at his northern suburbs home.
It will be alleged the offending occurred between 2002 and 2005.
The arrested man was charged with two counts of sexual abuse of a child.
He was refused police bail and will appear in the Elizabeth Magistrates Court on Monday 18 December.
Investigations are continuing.
