Man to face court following drug supply arrests in Freshwater

A man will face court after being charged with drug supply offences on the Northern Beaches yesterday, NSW Police say.

About 2.30pm today, police from the Northern Beaches Proactive Crime Team arrested two men on Undercliff Road at Freshwater.

Police will allege a 48-year-old man was arrested while supplying illicit drugs to another man in a car.

A search of the 48-year-old man and his car allegedly located cash, 23 small bags containing white powder suspected of being Cocaine, and mobile phones.

A search of the other man’s car also located cash, four small bags of white powder suspected of being Cocaine and mobile phones.

A search warrant was then executed at a home in Ronald Avenue, Freshwater where police allegedly located 32 grams of Cocaine and over $55,000 cash.

All items have been secured for forensic analysis.

The 49-year-old man was taken to Manly Police Station and charged with three counts of supply prohibited drug and deal with property proceeds of crime.

He was refused bail to appear at Parramatta Local Court tomorrow.

The other man was released pending further inquiries.

Investigations are continuing.
