Police are seeking the assistance of the public to identify a man after a theft from a building site in West Richmond, according to SA Police.
At 7.50am on Tuesday 27 December, a man was seen to allegedly enter a building site on Norwich Street and leave with a hot water system in a bag.
A person nearby challenged the man and managed to obtain a photo of him as he left on a bicycle.
