Manningham has successfully secured a grant to install these wire baskets, which give people a simple way to place or collect eligible drink 10-cent containers for use in Victoria's Container Deposit Scheme (CDS).

How the bin baskets work
When you're out in the community, you can:
• Place your empty eligible bottles and cans into the basket, or
• Collect containers already in the basket and return them through the Container Deposit Scheme.
