Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Matthew Russell.
The 40-year-old is wanted on warrant failing to appear on bail in relation to stalking and threats to kill offences.
Russell is known to frequent the Horsham, Echuca and Bendigo areas.
Investigators have released an image of Russell in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
