Brimbank Sexual Offences and Child Abuse Investigation Team detectives are appealing for information following a series of obscene exposures and linked sexual assault in Melton last week.
Detectives have been told a woman was in Navan Park when she saw a teenager expose himself while riding a bike on Sunday 11 January about 4pm.
Multiple other incidents occurred involving different women observing the same male on the bike exposing himself.
These instances of the male exposing himself occurred on 11 January between 4pm-5pm and on 14 January around 5pm.
On 16 January around 3pm the male, again riding his bike, sexually assaulted a woman in Navan Park before riding off.
Today, between 10:00am and 10:30am, the male again riding his bike sexually assaulted two women in Navan Park before riding off.
The male is described as being in his late teens or early 20s, 160cm tall with an average build and was wearing a blue hoodie, black track pants and black and white slides.
He was riding a grey coloured e-bike.
Detectives have released images of a male they believe may be able to assist with their enquiries.
