Michael Kwok moves from Dexus to Archerfield Partners.
Michael Kwok has moved from his previous senior leadership roles in capital transactions and development with Dexus Property Group to join the boutique advisory firm Archerfield Partners as Director, Real Estate Advisory.
Moving from a large listed company to a boutique advisory firm is quite a contrast, but one that makes a lot of sense to both Michael and Archerfield.
"This is a well-considered and smart next step in my career. Moving to a boutique environment offers me the opportunity to grow by working with a close-knit team of senior industry people. At the same time, it allows me to fully capitalise on the skills and experience I've accumulated and add these to Archerfield's capabilities," Michael Kwok said.
Archerfield Partners was founded in the furnace of the GFC. In the 10 years since, the firm has undertaken an impressive mix of real estate and capital advisory engagements and has been steadily growing.
