Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Michael Raymond Howarth, Victoria Police say.
Warrants have been issued for the 36-year-old’s arrest in relation to theft and breaching a court order.
Howarth is described as being approximately 192cm tall, with brown hair, hazel coloured eyes, a fair complexion, and a medium build.
He is known to frequent the Melbourne CBD and Southbank areas.
Investigators have released an image of Howarth in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Howarth or has information about his whereabouts is urged to contact Crime Stoppers.
