Police can now name the man who died in a single truck crash on State Highway 3/Mokau Road in Mimi on Tuesday 4 June.
He was 36-year-old Jason Steve Cooper of Hamilton.
Police extend their sympathies to Mr Cooper's family and friends at this difficult time.
The investigation continues into the cause of the crash.
