CRDC Board Director and cotton grower Ross Burnett hosted Australia's new Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry, Senator the Hon. Murray Watt on his farm at Emerald QLD today.
This was Senator Watt's first farm visit since becoming our agriculture minister just six days ago: what a great place to start!
We look forward to building a strong working relationship with the Minister, and continuing to work closely with the Department, as we deliver major outcomes and impacts through our world-leading cotton research, development and extension.
