National Defence
The Honourable David J. McGuinty, Minister of National Defence, will travel to the United Arab Emirates and Qatar from May 13 to 14 to further strengthen defence cooperation with both countries.
During the visit, the Minister will meet with counterparts and senior officials to discuss regional security priorities and demonstrate Canada's continued commitment to stability and security in the Middle East.
