Missing 11-year-old boy at Logan

Police are seeking urgent public assistance from the Logan community to help locate a boy reported missing from Kingston earlier today.

The 11-year-old boy was last captured on CCTV around 7am this morning on Jacaranda Avenue at Logan Central.

Police hold serious concerns for the boy's welfare due to a medical condition. He is also not familiar with the area and may appear aggressive and disorientated.

Officers are also searching the Logan area and are appealing to residents in the area to check their yards for any signs of him.

The boy is described as Caucasian in appearance, around 130cm tall and of a slim build. He was last seen wearing an olive shirt, black shorts and carrying a black back pack.

Police are appealing to the boy or anyone who knows his whereabouts to come forward.
