Police are seeking public assistance to help locate a 15-year-old boy, reported missing from Acacia Ridge.
He was last seen leaving an address in Elizabeth Street at 9am on Tuesday May 12.
Police hold concerns for her welfare as she suffers from a medical condition.
He is described as, Aboriginal in appearance, 190cm tall, slim build, brown hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a green and navy school uniform with a grey bucket hat and he was carrying a black backpack.
Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts are asked to contact police.
