Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate a 15-year-old girl reported missing from Glenvale, Toowoomba.
The girl (pictured) was last seen at 1pm on October 15 at Clifford Gardens Shopping Centre and has not been seen by friends or family since.
Police hold concerns for her welfare due to a medical condition
The girl is described as Caucasion, approximately 160cm tall, with a proportionate build and brown/ginger hair and brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing dark tights, sneakers and a dark blue Fila top.
Anyone with information about the girl's location is urged to contact police.
