Missing 16-year-old girl, Eight Mile Plains

Police are appealing for assistance to locate a 16-year-old girl missing from Eight Mile Plains since last week.

She was dropped off at the busway around 8am on February 11 and never arrived at her school in Brisbane City.

The teenager was last seen at a supermarket in Woodridge on February 13 at 9:30am.

Police and family hold concerns for the teenager's well-being as her behaviour is out of character.

The girl is described as Caucasian in appearance, around 165cm tall, of a slim build with brown hair and brown eyes.

She was last seen wearing a grey hoodie and blue tracksuit pants.

Anyone who may have information which could lead to her whereabouts is encouraged to contact police.
