Police are seeking public assistance to help locate Jerome Davis missing from Rockville in the Toowoomba area.
Jerome (pictured) was last seen at an address in Vanity Street, about 5:30pm on Monday October 21.
Police hold concerns for his welfare as his disappearance is out of character.
Jerome is described as Caucasian, 178cm tall, with a proportionate build, hazel eyes and a shaved head. He was wearing a black and red 'Ed Hardy' skull t-shirt, shorts, green Quiksilver thongs and white 'Oakley' sunglasses.
Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts are asked to contact police.
