Police are seeking public assistance to locate a 34-year-old woman reported missing from Brisbane's bayside.
Angela Poltock was last seen leaving a facility on Wellington Street at Cleveland around 11pm last night.
Police and family hold concern for her safety as she suffers from a condition that requires medical attention. She may also appear dazed and confused, if approached.
Angela is described as Caucasian, around 160cm tall with wavy, dark brown shoulder-length hair. She also has a distinctive birthmark on the right side of her face.
Police are appealing to Angela, or anyone who knows her whereabouts, to come forward.
