A woman reported missing from Sydney's west has been located safe and well.
The 37-year-old woman was last seen leaving a hospital on Norval Street, Auburn, about 4pm on Tuesday 28 September 2021.
She was reported missing to officers from Auburn Police Area Command, who commenced investigations to locate her.
Following inquiries, she was located about 11:30am yesterday (Monday 4 October 2021), in Toronto.
Police would like to thank the community and media for their assistance.
