Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing California Gully boy Jack Bailey.
The 16-year-old was last seen on Barnard Street, Bendigo on Friday 10 October.
Police have concerns for his welfare due to the length of time he has been missing.
Investigators have released an image of Jack in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Jack or who has information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Bendigo Police on 5448 1300.
