Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate a 13-year-old boy reported missing from South Townsville on September 13, Queensland Police say.
He was last seen at a Nelson Street apartment.
Police and his family are concerned for his welfare.
He is described as Caucasian in appearance, 150cm tall with a slim build, blue eyes and blonde hair.
If anyone sees the boy or who has any information as to his whereabouts, they are encouraged to contact Policelink on 131 444.
