Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing boy Thomas McGrath.
The 12-year-old was last seen at an address on Jasper Road, Bentleigh on 30 March.
Police have concerns for Thomas due to his age.
Thomas is believed to be in the Frankston and Caulfield areas.
He is described as having a medium build with short blonde hair and blue eyes.
Police have released an image of Thomas in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone with information about Thomas is asked to contact the Frankston Police Station on 9784 5555.
