Missing elderly man, Wishart

Police are appealing for urgent public assistance to help locate a 78-year-old man missing from Wishart.

Arnold Newcombe was last seen in Glasford Street about 8.30am this morning.

He suffers from a medical condition and may be confused or disorientated.

He is described as 78-years-old, slim build, 167cm tall with grey thinning hair. He was last seen wearing a red and grey checked shirt, grey track pants and thongs. He usually wears glasses.

His current whereabouts are unknown however he is believed to be on foot in the local area.

Mr Newcombe cannot speak, and police are appealing for anyone who has seen him today to contact police.
