Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing girl Jade.
The 11-year-old was last seen on Rufus Street in Epping about 4pm.
She is described as 150cm tall with a thin build, long straight black hair and was wearing a light blue school shirt and black pants.
She is known to frequent Peppercorn Park in Epping.
Police and family have concerns for her welfare due to her age.
Police have released an image of Jade in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information on her current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Jade is urged to contact Epping Police Station on 9409 8100.
