Missing girls, South Brisbane District

Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate two girls reported missing in the South Brisbane area since yesterday (January 24), Queensland Police say.

One of the girls was last seen in Addison Avenue, Bulimba around 7.30am and the second girl was last seen at Cavendish Road, Holland Park around 8.40am.

It is believed the two 13-year-old girls are in each other’s company.

Police hold concerns for their welfare due to their age.

One of the girls is described as Caucasian in appearance, 155cm tall, slim build, brown hair and brown eyes.

The second girl is described as Caucasian in appearance, 152cm tall, slim build, blonde hair and blue eyes.

It is believed the girls may be frequenting the South Bank area.

Police are appealing to any members of the public who know the whereabouts of the girls to contact police.
