Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Keysborough man Jae.
The 23-year-old was last seen in Hawthorn about 10.30pm on 29 January.
He is described as 167cm tall with a slim build, short dark hair and a red rose tattoo on his upper left arm.
Jae was wearing a black hat, navy blue jacket, navy blue t-shirt and black jeans.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to the length of time he has been missing and he only speaks limited English.
Anyone who sights Jae is urged to contact Camberwell Police Station on 9882 0688.
