Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Colac man George.
The 86-year-old was last seen at a property on Carlisle River Road, Carlisle River about 1pm on Tuesday 9 February.
He left the property travelling in a silver Toyota Hilux with registration 1HE-1YN and was thought to be returning to Colac.
Police and family are concerned for his welfare due to his age, a medical condition, and the length of time he has been missing.
A photo of George has been released in the hope that it may lead to information on his current whereabouts.
