Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 52-year-old man Charlie Micallef, Victoria Police say.
Charlie was last seen leaving the Sunshine Hospital about 10:10am on Monday 6 August.
Police are concerned for Charlie’s welfare as he has a medical condition.
Investigators have released an image on Charlie in the hope that someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
It’s believed he may be travelling in a blue 2000 Ford Falcon utility, registration 1FV-1GH.
Anyone who sights Charlie or has information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Keilor Downs Police Station 9365 3333.
