Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Dean Savage.
The 45-year-old was last seen about 3.30pm yesterday (16 July) in Frankston.
Police and family members hold concerns for Dean's welfare as he has a medical condition and have released an image in the hope someone may recognise him.
Dean is about 180cm tall with a solid build, long dark curly hair and a beard.
He was last seen wearing a dark hoodie, blue jeans and thongs.
Anyone who sees Dean or may have information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Frankston Police Station on 9784 5555.
