Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Oakleigh East man Dylan Percival.
The 26-year-old was last seen about 12.30pm on Saturday 3 August.
Police and family have concerns for Dylan's welfare due to a medical condition.
Dylan is known to frequent Frankston and Ferntree Gully.
Investigators have released an image of Dylan in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Dylan is urged to contact Springvale Police Station on 8558 8600.
