Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Ocean Grove man, Edwin Gaskin.
The 74-year-old was last seen at a service station in Barwon Heads on 23 September around 10.30am.
Police have concerns for Edwin due to his age and a medical condition.
He is described as 178cm tall with a medium build and a grey beard.
Edwin was last seen wearing a beanie, navy blue tracksuit pants, a red tee-shirt under a black hooded jumper
It is believed Edwin is driving his white Toyota Camry sedan, registered NES740.
Police have released an image of Edwin in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone with information about Edwin is asked to contact the Bellarine Police Station on 03 5256 2698.
