Missing man in Mareeba, QLD

Police are seeking assistance from the public to help locate a 24-year-old man missing from Mareeba.

Ryan Irvine (pictured) was last seen at 5.30pm on January 19 at Rob Veivers Drive in Kuranda and may be headed to Cairns.

Police and family hold concerns for his welfare as his behaviour is out of character.

He is Caucasian, approximately 180cm tall, with a slim build and short brown hair.

He was last seen wearing a black singlet, blue jeans and black boots and carrying a small backpack.

Anyone who may have seen him or has information in relation to his whereabouts is urged to contact police.
