Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing St Albans man John Sumpter.
The 69-year-old was last seen at his home in Conrad Street about 4pm on Friday afternoon.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to his age and he has Alzheimer's.
Investigators have released an image of John in the hope that someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees John is urged to contact Caroline Springs Police Station on 9361 4700.
