Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Joseph.
The 33-year-old was last seen on the corner of Bridge and Barkley Streets in Benalla about 3.30pm.
He is described as 183cm tall with a shaved head and was wearing grey jeans, blue T-shirt and brown shoes.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare as he has an intellectual disability and is non-verbal.
Joseph is likely to attend a supermarket or chemist and may be in the Benalla or Wangaratta areas.
Police have released images of Joseph in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Joseph is urged to contact Benalla Police station 5760 0200.
