Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Macleod man Joshua Brennan.
The 24-year-old was last seen at an address on Loddon Avenue in Reservoir about 1am on Saturday 10 August.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to a medical condition that requires medication.
Joshua is described as 177cm tall with short brown hair, medium build and has eyebrow rings and tear drop tattoos under his left eye.
He was last seen wearing a black raincoat, black pants and black Nike runners with a yellow sole.
Investigators have released an image of Joshua in the hope someone knows of his current whereabouts.
He is known to frequent the Reservoir, Hadfield, Ringwood and Melbourne's CBD areas.
