Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Brookfield man Kuot Akot.
The 18-year-old was last seen at a hospital on Furlong Road, sunshine about 7pm on 16 September.
Kuot is African in appearance, 180cm, slim build with short dark hair.
He is known to frequent the Melton area.
Investigators have released an image of Kuot in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Kuot is urged to contact Keilor Downs Police Station on 9365 3333.
