Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Noble Park man, Leon Adcock.
Leon was last seen at a service station on Jacksons Road about 1pm today.
Police and family hold concerns for him due to a medical condition.
The 18-year-old is described as Caucasian in appearance, with a medium build and dark hair.
Leon was last seen wearing a black jacket, black pants, black shoes and carrying a khaki jacket.
Investigators have released an image of Leon in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Leon is urged to contact Springvale Police Station on 8558 8600.
