Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Matapo Oti.
The 67-year-old was last seen in Keilor Downs about 6am and was riding a bicycle.
He is described as having a medium build with white hair and moustache and was wearing black bike shorts and a green bicycle helmet.
He is known to frequent the Keilor Centro shopping centre and it is out of character for him to go missing.
An image of Matapo has been released in the hope someone has information on his whereabouts.
