Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Nicholas Miller.
The 39-year-old Brighton man was last seen in Commercial Road, Prahran on Saturday 25 May.
He contacted family members by phone on Sunday but has not been seen or heard from since.
Police and family hold concerns for Nicholas's welfare as he has a health condition.
Investigators have released an image of Nicholas in the hope someone can provide information on his whereabouts.
Nicholas is Caucasian in appearance with a solid build and scruffy brown hair.
Anyone who sees Nicholas or has information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Bayside Police Station on 8530 5100.
