Missing man Paul Perrin

Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Paul Perrin.

The 37-year-old Wodonga man was last seen on Thames Promenade in Chelsea Heights about 10pm on 7 March.

He is described as 180cm tall, short buzz cut hair, with a thin build and a piercing in his right eyebrow.

He was wearing a black hooded top with orange writing on the front and dark green track pants and was carrying a green backpack and a green camp chair bag with his belongings in it.

Paul has tattoos of a tribal image on his left shoulder, a snake on his lower right forearm and hearts and writing on his right shoulder.

Police and family have concerns for his welfare as Paul has an intellectual disability and does not know the Chelsea Heights area.

Investigators have released an image of Paul in the hope someone may have seen him and can provide information regarding his whereabouts.

Anyone who sees Paul is urged to contact Chelsea Police Station on 8773 3200.
