Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Soldiers Hill man Peter Camilleri.
The 24-year-old was last seen at a medical facility near Drummond Street, Ballarat about 9pm on Sunday 5 May.
Police and family members hold concerns for Peter’s welfare as he requires regular medication which he does not have with him.
An image of Peter has been released in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information on his whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Peter or has information is urged to contact Ballarat Police Station on 5336 6000.
