Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Kew man Rhett.
Family have been unable to contact the 30-year-old who was last seen in the Kew area in November.
Police and family hold concerns for Rhett's welfare.
He has a fair complexion, brown hair, brown eyes and has been known to have facial hair.
Rhett is known to frequent the Boroondara area and has ties to the Latrobe Valley.
Investigators have released an image of Rhett and urge anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact either the Morwell Police Station on 5131 5000 or the Boroondara Police Station on 8851 1111.
