Police are searching for a man who has been missing from his Merimbula home since earlier this week, NSW Police say.
Mr Lars Nystrom is 73-years-old and was last seen on the morning of Tuesday 6 December leaving his home in Reid Street.
Mr Nystrom left home in his black 2011 model Hyundai I20 sedan with a NSW registration of CGY86D.
Police believe that the man was travelling to Victoria to visit family, a trip that he frequently took.
Officers have been advised that Mr Nystrom requires urgent medical treatment and there are serious concerns for his welfare.
His absence is totally out of character as he regularly keeps in contact with relatives.
Lars Nystrom is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 150-160cm tall with a receding hairline, blue eyes and a grey beard.
