Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing North Warrandyte man Timothy Griffin.
The 40-year-old was last seen in Upper Ferntree Gully on 23 April.
Police have concerns for his welfare due to a medical condition and the length of time he has been missing.
An image of Timothy has been released in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Timothy is urged to contact Eltham Police Station on 9430 4500.
