Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Berwick man Ubill Kojan.
The 19-year-old was last seen in Elgin Street, Berwick about 1pm on 1 October.
Police and family members hold concerns for his welfare due to a medical condition and have released an image in the hope someone recognises him.
Ubill is African in appearance, about 180cm tall with a stocky build and short black hair, and was last seen wearing a grey, blue and red hoodie and Fila branded pants.
He is known to frequent the Casey, Cardinia, and Greater Dandenong areas.
Anyone who sees Ubill or has information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Dandenong Police Station on 9767 7444.
