Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Melton South boy Xavier Pareanga.
The 13-year-old was last seen at his home address on Second Ave on Monday 19 October at 1pm.
Police and family have concerns for Xavier's welfare due to his age.
He was wearing a black cap, grey Nike hoodie, black shorts and black Nike Air Max runners.
Police have released an image of Xavier in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
Anyone with information about Xavier's whereabouts is asked to contact Melton Police Station on 97477999.
