Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 15-year-old Halle Williams.
Halle was last seen at her home address in Everard Road, Mernda about 6.30pm this evening.
Police have concerns for her welfare as her disappearance is out of character.
Halle is 152cm tall with a thin build, fair complexion and long browny blonde hair.
She was last seen wearing black pants, a black and red coat, white shoes and carrying a beige bag.
Police have released an image of Halle in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information regarding her current whereabouts.
Anyone with information about Halle is asked to contact Mernda Police Station on 9216 1200.
